Thanks for your time to get more information on
how to better improve your team’s wellness!
Here is more information on why:
An EAP doesn't count as a viable wellness plan!
Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are designed for employees who have "personal and / or work-related problems." (U.S. Office of Personnel Management). In the U.S., 98% of mid to large companies offer Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), but only about 4 percent of employees use them each year (Mental Health America).
While staff should have access to EAP Services, the support we provide them should not end there.
Our handcrafted employee wellness services are designed specifically for your organization to adequately support your staff, help promote a culture of well-being at work, and help address some of the problems that are most prevalent to mental health facilities today, such as high rates of burnout and turnover.
Employee wellness services are no longer considered a "nice perk" in successful organizations in the field, they're a must, as 93% of behavioral health workers report that they have experienced burnout, and 62% report suffering from moderate to severe levels of burnout
(National Council for Mental Wellbeing).
A holistic approach to wellness can reduce these rates by providing staff hands-on support and extensive resources, leading to healthier, happier staff. Clinicians who are well cared for are more likely to provide compassionate and effective care, improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.
We are here to help your you foster a supportive and positive work environment, and help your helpers optimize their well-being which can positively impact your team and your organization.
