Randy Love

Chief Information Officer for SPQM  

Randy is an expert at leveraging data to identify and implement practice improvements and was the co-developer of the SPQM reporting tools and methodology. Randy has more than 35 years of direct-care experience in inpatient and outpatient environments and has worked with more than 400 organizations to implement meaningful operational improvements guided by detailed data analysis and consultation.

Randy has held administrative and clinical quality management positions in numerous community mental health centers, including as the quality management coordinator for the Texas Department of MHMR and deputy director for Practice Management at Texas Community Solutions, Inc. in Austin.  Randy is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality by the National Healthcare Quality Certification Commission and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems by the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
