Kathy Hagen, LCSW

Senior DLA-20, Process Change Consultant and National Council Consultant

Kathy Hagen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has spent 30 years working in community behavioral health settings. She is skilled at program development and implementation. She began the first Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program in Washington State and successfully led the effort to transform her non-profit organization to meet CCBHC criteria. Ms. Hagen joined MTM in 2023 where she offers leadership consulting, implementation of Same Day Access, and supporting agencies to meet CCBHC criteria. She is passionate about providing high-quality behavioral healthcare and brings the perspective of her agency experience to consulting work.

Ms. Hagen received her BS in Psychology and master’s in social work from the University of Washington.
