Joy Fruth, MSW

Lead Process Change Consultant and Senior National Council Consultant

With more than 20 years of experience in clinical practice and healthcare administration, Joy is an expert at improving organizational efficiency.  Serving as MTM’s lead process change consultant since 2010, she has worked with more than 400 healthcare organizations on access redesign, process measurement, cost-finding and other service process efficiencies. Joy is a highly sought-after expert on Same Day Access (SDA), helping organizations ensure successful implementation, overcome challenges, ensure fidelity, and implement efficiencies that make SDA sustainable for the long-term.

Joy has served as an administrator in both non-profit and for-profit behavioral health and healthcare environments. She has lectured nationally on a variety of topics including same day access, family violence policy and prevention and geriatric care management.
