Jenny Ganaway

DLA-20 Consultant and National Council Consultant

Jenny Ganaway is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 24 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field where she was able to develop extensive knowledge in crisis management and dual diagnosis treatment. Mrs. Ganaway’s professional experience includes direct practice and management of programs, with a passion for helping mentor and train staff. Mrs. Ganaway helped guide her teams in learning and implementing the DLA 20 to direct treatment.  During her time as a Director in Community Mental Health, she helped in implementing Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders and Assertive Community Treatment for Transitional Aged Youth programming. Most recently Mrs. Ganaway has helped address cost of care initiatives through a local health insurance company to address member health and wellness needs.

Mrs. Ganaway enjoys helping others learn how to tap into their own potential and overcome the obstacles in their life. Mrs. Ganaway joined MTM as a DLA 20 Consultant in 2024.

Mrs. Ganaway has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Park University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Missouri.
