Kickoff Meeting: - 1 Hr. – Project Kickoff, Discuss and schedule Assessment Day, Create and distribute Staff Technology Survey.  Attendees should include - Senior Leaders, Department Mangers, and Information Technology and Electronic Health Record Leaders – Click here to schedule with Charlie

Assessment Day:

o   Kickoff Meeting – 30 min – Assessment Kickoff, discuss initial findings of Staff Technology Survey Attendees should include - Senior Leaders, Department Mangers, and Information Technology and Electronic Health Record Leaders

o   Technical Assessment Session – 2.5 hrs. - Attendees should include - Information Technology and Electronic Health Record Leaders and staff

o   Staff Facing systems Assessment Session – 2.5 hrs. - Attendees should include - Information Technology and Electronic Health Record Leaders and staff, Department Managers, and staff

o   Assessment day Wrap-up - 30 min – Exit meeting Attendees should include - Senior Leaders, Department Mangers, and Information Technology and Electronic Health Record Leaders

Report Review and Wrap-Up Meeting:1 Hr. – Review of report meeting to discuss findings and insure alignment. Attendees should include - Senior Leaders, Department Mangers, and Information Technology and Electronic Health Record Leaders
