Charlie Grantham

IT and Process Optimization Consultant and National Council Consultant

With more than 25 years of experience in Healthcare Information Technology, Charlie has dedicated his career to Healthcare Information Technology and understands the specific needs around providing a consistent care delivery experience using technical systems. He assesses and advises teams across the country to ensure systems are optimized and highly available, or that processes and plans are in place when they are not available. Since joining MTM Services, Charlie has worked with scores of facilities across the country, and assists with identifying and mitigating risks as well as polishing current processes into best practices. Looking to supplement your leadership team, or just get some projects done? Charlie can step in and ramp up fast to lead your traditional and healthcare technology teams facilitate real change in your facility. He also works with teams on effective data collection, quality, and reporting for use by staff, management, and leadership alike to drive change and positive outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining MTM, Charlie served as the IT Director and Senior Network Engineer for a regional hospital system in South Carolina
