Charlie Grantham

IT and Process Optimization Consultant and National Council Consultant

With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare IT, Charlie helps organizations develop and implement effective and secure IT systems to deliver superior experiences and outcomes for providers and administrators as well as consumers.   He specializes in helping organizations comply with HIPAA and meaningful use requirements while supporting effective operational goals and good patient outcomes.  Charlie also consults on implementation of MTM’s process optimization tools, including Just In Time scheduling and costing analysis and works with teams to ensure “best practices” in the era of instant, social communication – an environment that is rife with peril for healthcare delivery organizations.  

Prior to joining MTM, Charlie served as the IT Director and Senior Network Engineer for several healthcare systems in North and South Carolina.
