Annie Jensen, LCSW

Senior DLA-20, Process Change Consultant and National Council Consultant

As MTM's Senior DLA-20 Trainer and Process Change Consultant Annie brings over 20 years of experience in clinical practice and behavioral healthcare administration with a focus of enhancing consumer centered care and practice improvement. Annie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and serves as MTM's Senior DLA-20 trainer.  In that role, she has helped more than 300 organizations adapt and thrive in the changing healthcare landscape by demonstrating measurable outcomes and improving efficiencies.

In 2019, Annie developed breakthrough companion to the DLA-20, a self-report tool designed to measure consumers’ perception of their well-being, which in turn invites important clinical discussions about progress, goals and treatment planning. Additionally, Annie helps organizations in improving client access, improving service processes, enhancing consumer-centered care, and integrating primary care and behavioral health services.
